Intent

At Glade Primary School, our intent is to create provision for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) that promotes inclusivity, provides personalised support, and ensures every child reaches their full potential. The leadership team at Glade Primary School demonstrates a clear vision and high expectations for SEND provision, embedding this within the school's strategic planning.

Regular professional development opportunities are provided for all staff members, enabling them to remain up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of SEND. This ensures that all teachers and support staff have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality teaching and support to pupils with SEND.

Teaching and learning

High-quality teaching is the cornerstone of our provision for pupils with SEND.
